Description
The purpose of the Leadership Development Program is to serve alongside your Area Director and serve the congregation of Brazos Fellowship. This position is part time and paid $9/hour. You are expected to attend All-Staff Meetings on the second Wednesday of every month, as well as your monthly LDP group meetings.

Responsibilities
General organization; Plan and Facilitate Summer, Fall, and Spring Programs; Meet with Supervisor Weekly; Attend main service and area specific events; Help other ministry areas when needed
